  • Suspicious Behavior of Residents or Guests: Including the form of rent or security deposit payment, apparent activities in living units, resident/tenant access limitations, numerous/unusual/no packages or mail deliveries, or a lack of furniture, that was reported to local, regional or federal counter-terrorism authorities and resulted in concrete follow-up actions by such authorities.

  • Suspicious Behavior of Applicants for Residency: Including the form of offered rent or security deposit payment, that was reported to local, regional or federal counter-terrorism authorities and resulted in concrete follow-up actions by such authorities.

  • Suspicious Items Found in Residential Units: Including items of concern found in units following departure of residents, such as apparent bomb-making materials.
